Q. How do I access my email from the web
A. It's easy. Just click or type in webmail.wcblue.com and put
in your name and password and your there.
Q. How do I get more Email addresses?
A. You can now have up to 5 or 10 email addresses to your account
(depending on the package you are paying for). In order to add
an extra email account you have to go into your admintool (link
is located on the left side). Once you have logged in with your
primary username and password click on the link on the left side
that says child accounts. From there follow the instructions given
and you can add your extra email accounts.
Q. I'm not getting my email from my friends or family.
How do I get it?
A. Because of the growth of spam mail Wild Blue has a built in
email filter. You may have to go into your online admin tool account,
admintool.wcblue.com, and click on spam filtering in the upper
left side of the navigation bar and follow the instructions to
add your contact's email address to the safe list.
Q. How do I access my Web Site?
A. On the main support page there is a link to download the sitecreator
web manual. To access your web site simply go to http://users.wcblue.com/yourusername
. To access the sitecreator the link is sitecreator.wcblue.com;
you will need your username and password.
Q. How do I get Wild Blue?

Q. How do I hook up more than one computer?
A. With Wild Blue its simple. Just go to your local electronics
store and buy a router or switch (any name brand will work) and
plug it in, per its instructions, and your good to go.
